Refund Policy

Digital Products Nature

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, source code, and software licenses, we generally do not offer refunds once the digital goods have been delivered and accessed.

Exceptions

We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Major Defects: If the product contains a major defect that prevents it from functioning as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Not as Described: If the product is materially different from its description on our website.

Requesting a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase. You must provide:

  1. Your order number or receipt (issued by Paddle).
  2. A detailed description of the issue.
  3. Steps you have taken to resolve the issue or contact support.

Processing

Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed by our Merchant of Record (Paddle) and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
